Job Title : full-stack web developer to serve as CTO and co-founder.

Job description and requirements
 - Work closely with the founding team to determine the direction of software development, solutions and product offerings
 - Responsible for design, development and architecture of all major software solutions, including the establishment of company-wide software development best practices

IT Skills
- iOS & Android development: 5+ years in the mobile environment (We believe ability is more important than experience)
- Knowledge of Android technologies - Java , network architecture and MVC design pattern.
- Passion for user experience and knowledge of Android interface guidelines (required).
- Strong foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design optimized for mobile platform. (required).
- Knowledge Android platform.
- Experience with Android development tools.
- Experience using RESTful APIs to integrate mobile applications to server side systems.
- Familiarity with web service development, DBMS, UNIX shell scripts, PHP, SQL is a plus.

Addition Qualifications:
 - Start-up experience
 - Knowledge of data encryption and security
 - Web and mobile app development
 - Scrum/Agile development experience
