Job Description:

• Manage the financial operations and   controls of the assigned Operating company
• Coordinate with operating company stakeholders and manage the performance of BPO
• Subject matter expert on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General ledger of the assigned operating company
• Manage BPO to ensure that accounting bookings and records are accurately and timely maintained.
• Monitor BPO KPIs and CPIs performance
• Perform judgemental journal entries and maintain judgemental balance sheet schedule
• Review that all balances are correctly held and those adequate reconciliations are available with appropriate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations (US GAAP, local fiscal and statutory regulations)
• Perform Internal Controls work on a timely and accurate basis.
• Liaison with Company Secretary, auditors, tax agent

• At least University degree or equivalent in a finance related field
• At least  3+ years of experience in General Accounting (GA) function
• Experience in handling Korea Accounts is a MUST
• Experience in liaising with local auditor or tax agent
• Experience in SAP or ACCPAC will be an added advantage
• Experience in shared services center of a multinational corporation desirable
• Ability to read and write English with good conversational skills
