Job title: Executive, Hospital Marketing  

Raffles Hospital, a leading private tertiary hospital in Singapore and South East Asia has an opening for a Korean speaking Executive or Senior Executive in our Hospital Marketing Department. He or she shall mainly be responsible for increasing the Korean patient base and provide patient support services.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies in line with the company’s objectives.
• Execute marketing, advertising and sponsorship programmes to expand customer base.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and gather insights to identify business opportunities.
• Analyse data and submit proposals and reports in a timely manner.
• Effective translation of medical related articles to Korean.
• Facilitate process of patient visits, provide language interpretation and maintain good relationship to assure excellent service experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably from a medical related field.
• Proficiency in language interpretation and translation of medical related terms.
• Strong understanding of the local Korean expatriate and its market dynamics.
• Patient-oriented, independent and possess good organizational skills.
• Competent in drawing ideas and communicating effectively to colleagues of inter-departments.
• Able to travel if required.
