Account Manager

Job Purpose

Day-to-day support of Korean SMEs and serves as the primary point of contact. The account manager will performs a wide range of duties including but not limited to technical support and develop a relationship with Korean SMEs.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Administration duties

• English-Korean translation and interpretation when required

• Serve as point of escalation in addressing and resolving office & Korean SMEs issues

• Assist in the organization of seminars biannually

• Attend ICT related seminars and conferences as necessary

• ICT related market research

• Drafting of proposals as necessary

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications Desired

Education

• Degree in a related subject

  Knowledge, skills and abilities

• Ability to articulate and write in Korean

• Preferred with some knowledge of ICT sector trends and developments in Singapore and ASEAN countries

• Flexible to work overtime when necessary

• Willing to travel

• Knowledge of and experience in working with people in ASEAN countries an advantage

• Knowledge of using Korean Hancom software an advantage
