Marketing Project Coordinator

We’re seeking a savvy Marketing Project Coordinator to grow with our startup in Singapore!

You will be responsible for making sure our company rolls out our multiple global marketing campaigns on-time, on-budget to deliver the maximum impact. Working with the Marketing teams and project teams, you will be responsible for managing timeline, coordinating resources and executing the various marketing projects under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management - managing timeline and coordinating with various teams to ensure projects get delivered on-time, on-budget
• Collaborate with marketing vendors, e.g. obtaining quotes, selection of vendors, managing logistics, managing vendor payment
• Collaborate with our Global, Japan and Korea marketing teams

Requirements:

• BS/MS degree
• 5 years relevant marketing / project management experience
• Startup DNA: A quick learner and fast on their feet, highly collaborative, always interested in learning
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast moving startup environment
• Business English communication and writing skills
