Our Client is looking Reservation Sales Associate (Korean Speaking) x3

It is for a luxury hotel.

Key Accountabilities:

·         Manage inbound enquiries from travel agents, individual travellers, corporate clients and members of the Company Preferred Guest loyalty program in relation to hotel reservations and booking related inquiries.

·         Listen attentively, identify callers’ needs and demonstrate effective sales techniques.

·         Provide information on all Company brands/properties, in a professional manner with specific emphasis on sales and service to guests in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures.

·         Maintain good conversion control during each call in order to effectively manage customer service issues.

Desired Skills and Experience:

·         Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/Hotel & Tourism Management or GCE 'O’ / 'A’ Level.

·         Bilingual in spoken and written business English and Korean to handle Korean guests.

·         Demonstrate effective sales techniques.

·         Excellent customer service skills with an ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

·         Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with good multi-tasking skills.

·         Experience in hospitality/travel industry, contact center environment or any prior work engagement in customer service will be an added advantage.

·         Computer literate with an excellent telephone manner.

·         Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.

·         Schedule is 5 working days every week including weekends and public holidays.
