내용 | An MNC client is looking for native Korean speakers to work in a Call Centre in Singapore Responsibilities: - Provide courteous and professional technical support via phone and email to customers - Troubleshoot technical issues with regards to computer gaming consoles - Work with minimal supervision on assigned tasks and provide assistance as required to other Technical Service Representatives - Prepare reports Requirements - Broad awareness of computer game consoles - Basic knowledge of video games and their core audience - Basic understanding of home networking hardware and configuration - Degree or diploma graduates in any discipline - Team player - Excellent interpersonal & communications skills - Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills - Able to work shifts including weekends, evenings and statutory holidays - Able to start work within a short notice - Able to speak business Korean and English (training will be conducted in English) * Positions offered on a 1-year contract renewable based on performance.
