The Role

Join their growing team as a Customer Service Representative and provide excellent support to customers across the Asia Pacific region with focus on the Korea market.

• Provide good customer service and advice to customers through email and phone calls.
• Daily processing of emails and calls within defined SLAs.
• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain quality and standards by following company guidelines and policies.

Skills & Experience Required

• Excellent and highly effective verbal and written communication skills that will allow you to successfully interact with and manage customers in the Korea market.
• Relevant work experience in customer service or call center.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
