PURPOSE OF THE INTERNSHIP

Based in Singapore within the L Beauty multi brands JV focused on South East Asia markets, you will be involved in various financial controlling aspects of BENEFIT brand and will be supporting the Regional Business Controller.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Establish database(historical / Budget/ Revised Budget)
  a) Revenues
  b) Payroll
  c) Headcount
  d) List of conferences & Travel Expenses
   
• Monthly closing(MTD/YTD)
  a) Syrus update(finance reporting system)
  b) Comparison chart update (Current year Actual vs Previous year Actual/Budget/Revised Budget)
       -Revenues per channel
       -Tester usage
       -Travel Expenses
       -Payroll
       -Capex
   
• Forecasting (Budget/Revised Budget/ Landing)
  a) Help business controller upgrading various templates
  b) Consolidate some of forecasting information
   
• Others : Help business controller on ad hoc basis upon request
