Responsibility:

• Lead a strong development team to improve integration of complex software applications.

• Create roadmaps and timing of SDLC implementation based on business requirements and strategy for web and social domain

• Develop strategy and technology of software development for SaaS, PaaS, and cloud based technologies.

• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers as needed in regards to project deliverables including managing expectations, presenting and interfacing with sponsors.

• The SDM will work on project engagements, and actively participate in architecture reviews and strategic development activities.

• Understands successes and failures in the marketplace to better guide the company's architecture strategy

• Establish and implement knowledge based processes and methodologies that utilize industry standards like CMMI, ISO, PMP, Six Sigma, etc.

• Provides guidance and direction on projects, ensuring overall fit with architecture direction.

• Develops a practice to determine, approve and manage preferred technologies.

• Maintains a list of approved technologies. Guides the organization to standard technologies or create new standards as development needs arise.

• Directs, motivates and develops managers and teams.

• Effectively communicate status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

• Able to work effectively on multiple projects concurrently, when necessary

Qualification:

• Master or bachelor degree in IT/ Telecommunications, Economics/ Business administration

• PMP or Six Sigma Certified

• At least 10 years of application development experience (preferably in large-scale CRM/CSM related web development projects), with at least 5 years of experience leading teams of at least 30 engineers, and having full application development to deployment experience.

• Proven success in strategic management, leadership, planning and organizational skills required.

• Strong skills in negotiating services and software agreements with software and service vendors.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, regardless of audience, presentation or forum.

• Ability to diagram architecture solutions.

• Ability to understand new technologies and how they can be applied to complex projects.

• Experience on SDLC, IT governance, risk, and controls

• Very strong people management skills with the ability to build matrix of accountability in large-scale projects.

• Develop talent such that the team achieves their full potential.
