About the position

As the Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for the customer.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Support for Korea and Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) market for the Client
• Provide quality customer service to customers over phone and email
• Gather the customer’s information and determine the customer’s issue.
• Provide advice and assistance to users on Client information.
• Inform customers about the various deals and promotions
• Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
• Maintain reports on overall customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in any field
• Min. 2 years’ experience in related field
• Fluent in English and Korean to liaise with Korean speaking customers
• Able to work as per the ANZ market time (6:30AM – 3:30PM)
• Training will be provided
• Position based in North Singapore
