We are a approved student hostel operator and is in search of a Marketing Executive for the Korean student market Responsibilities:
To assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to optimize the Company's value proposition and brand exposure.
Assist to conduct market research to analyse market condition, forecast projected businesses & establish targeted market share.
To maintain a potential customer database from identified markets.
To assist in planning advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
Assist to maintain a consistent corporate image through our website, promotion materials and events. Assist the Chief Marketing Officer to conduct and evaluate control of marketing results (manage occupancy) and take corrective actions to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with representative of trade associates in order to ensure optimal exposure of our Brand Participate in quotations to student recruitment agents
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the student recruitment services Excellent command of written & spoken English & Korean Can speak Mandarin is an added advantage Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal & presentations skills.
High degree of commitment & a good team player.
Able to work under pressure & in a fast-paced environment.
