| 내용 | Our client is a global technology solution leader. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join the team. Job duties: - Handle customer service in providing post-sale and non-technical customer support. - Work closely with sales, field service, order processing and other departments in the company to assist customers in license and product delivery issues. - Organize and delegate short-term assignments and supervise daily customer service transactions. - Oversee closely of the customer service tasks and procedures. - Ensure that customer service representatives are working efficiently and adequately addresssing customer needs. - Manage customer claims and ensure proper closure within Service Level Agreement. Requirements: - Recognized tertiary degree in Business or equivalent. - Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar environment servicing the software/technology market. - Preferably with leadership skills. - Excellent computer skills and experience working in diversified culture. - Proficient in Japanese language.
