We are currently looking for a potential candidate to join us as: Position:         Training and Safety Supervisor Location:        SEZ Asia Pacific Position Description: The overall responsibility of this role is managing and delivering all tool related training programmes to both internal and external customers and ensuring safety conformity within SEZ Asia Pacific. You will also make recommendations on improvements to meet or surpass the high safety standards. Principle Duties & Responsibilities: • Responsible for learning, developing and delivering company’s product training to all internal and external customers • Implement and deliver Technical Training Programs • Design and develop training programs and course materials • Prepare the learning environment and resources, including setting up IT equipment • Identify technical training needs and objectives based on business objectives, operations requirements and employee development needs • Evaluate training programs and materials to ensure training effectiveness • Perform required preventive and corrective maintenance to assigned training equipment and physical facilities • Prepare training and training equipment budget • Keep up to date with relevant systems, software and online training technology Leadership and Personal Skills: • Able to work independently • Good analytical skills and ability to pay attention to details • Good organizational skills • Ability to exercise independent judgement applying scientific and technical knowledge • A team player Other Skills Required: • Minimum 3 years experience of technical training in handling equipments • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin • Some interaction and exposure to the Korean language will be an advantage • Good experience with SAP or equivalent system • Demonstrate creativity in the resolution of issues and problems • Willingness to travel • Open to different cultures and working styles Qualification Requirements: • Bachelor Degree in Engineering • Relevant technical exposures in semiconductor processes or equipment will be an advantage • Good knowledge of MS software (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) Interested candidates, please submit resume to: Ms Megan Chua                                         Human Resources Manager SEZ Asia Pacific Pte Ltd 150 Kampong Ampat     KA Centre #04-07/08 Singapore 368324                                         Email: hr-sg@sg.sez.com
