| 내용 | Job Design - Provide technical support mainly for clienteles based in Korea and America via telephone / e-mail on various operating systems (Linux/Unix, etc) - Conduct existing customer maintenance tasks and follow up as accordingly in order to maximize the productivity within the organization Job Duties - With direction as required this level of support provides technical assistance - Efficiently provide initial troubleshooting and documentation of high priority cases - Possesses knowledge of various Internet protocols, networks, devices and the TCP/IP maintenance - In accordance to guidance, utilizes various troubleshooting tools, facilities and equipment to replicate / sort out customer issues.
