   RECRUITMENT / ADMIN EXECUTIVE

The Job:

The incumbent is required to :

- Provide operational support and perform general administration duties

- Liaise with Clients & Vendors

- Perform on-boarding procedures for new employees including applying work permits ,   

   preparing P-files & personal particulars etc

- Training will be provided

Requirement :

-Proficient with MS Office applications

-Meticulous and possess a pleasant personality

- Efficient in follow up and co-ordination work

- Able to multi task and willing to learn

- Proficient in English Language

- Knowledge in Chinese Language will be added advantage
