1. Service Crew

Job Description

• Practising personal hygiene and grooming

• Practising food safety, cleaniness and sanitation procedures

• Preparing food products according to Standard Operating Procedures

• Working with other crews to prepare the food products within the stated time

• Performing general housekeeping and cleaning duties

• Attaching to other stores for assistance when need arises

• Performing any other duties as assigned by the Management Team

Job Requirement

• Enthusiastic and has the willingness to learn

• Willing to work days, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays

• Manage and establish good relation with all staff & customers

• No experience needed, training will be given; higher entry salary for those with experience

1. Management Team (Assistant Manager/Manager)

   Job Description

2. Assigning responsibilities to crews in accordance to work requirements

3. Observing on floor situations and taking actions to solve any current or potential issues

4. Maintaining critical standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, sanitization and equipment maintenance of the production and service areas

5. Motivate team towards achieving set targets

6. Educate crew on Standard Operating Procedures

7. Control outlet inventories through accurate ordering, stocktakes and delivery acceptance

8. Perform personnel action such as hiring, training, scheduling, etc

9. Disseminating information from briefing / meeting to team members

10. Handle customer feedbacks

11. Perform any other duties as assigned by superior

     

    Job Requirement

15. At least 2 years of F&B experience

16. Prior experience in managing employee is an advantage
