Business division director

Job Description

-Responsible for company’s overall revenue growth strategy and driving sales from overseas markets.

-Location: Seoul, Korea

Detailed Responsibilities

-Ensure sales teams exceed company sales targets.

-Managing the marketing/sales team and liaising with customer consultants.

-Close communication with overseas partners for new business development for potential opportunities.

-Building and maintaining strong relationship with existing overseas agents/agencies

-Developing new accounts to drive sales / revenue, ensuring customers’ satisfaction.

-Align marketing strategies and implementing them

Requirements

-Fluent in Korean and English, additional languages like Mandarin would be an advantage.

-Bachelors degree.

-Ideally 10 year career related to overseas sales, marketing and/or business development

-Experience in medical industry would be an advantage.

-Must possess strong leadership abilities, a positive personality with a can-do attitude

-Must be sales-oriented, results-driven, self-motivated and driven to meet team sales targets

Remarks

-One year contract convertible to permanent position after one year performance assessment.

-Attractive remuneration package ranging from USD5k-10k per month depending on experience and qualifications
