10. JD (Job Description): Marketing/PR Executive

Role and Responsibility:

• planning, developing and implementing PR strategies for the various branded channels/products/content;
• researching, writing and distributing press releases/media kits to targeted media;
• collating and analysing media coverage;
• organising events including press conferences, media interviews, and press tours;
• maintaining and updating information on the organisation's website/social media;

Special Skills or Knowledge:

• Understanding of Pay TV broadcasting business will be a plus
• Good Writing skills is a must
• Social Media Knowledge
• Resourceful with the media/press – trade/consumer
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),

Personal Competencies:

• Must be meticulous and detail-oriented yet able to see ‘the big picture’ when managing tasks or solving problems Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong writing & presentation skills.
• An initiated and proactive worker who can plan ahead and anticipate the needs of various groups
• Mature, responsible and able to work independently as well as in a group
• Possess a knack for multi-tasking and take pride in flawless work
• Willingness and determination to learn what you don't already know
• Good organisational and time management
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills (Korean and English, Chinese a plus)
