내용 | Job Title Executive Client Manager Job Description The ECM is a senior client service professional and assigned "concierge" for CIO members/clients Responsibilities: · Partners with and Executive Partners to ensure value delivery plans are completed and are delivered on time against the plan · Actively manages the relationship with the client according to Service Delivery Excellence guidelines · Drives profile based fulfilment, conducts customized searches and actively sends relevant research and information based on customer profile. · Brokers all research requests and inquires from assigned clients, Executive Partners or Executive Advisors: receive request, interprets and delivers client responses customized to the clients’ expectations. · Coordinates and schedules inquiries and on-sites with EXP Executive Partners and Research analysts. · Jointly responsible with Executive Partners and Executive Advisors to ensure client satisfaction and client retention. · Collaborates with to ensure value delivery plans are completed and are delivered on time against the plan · Actively manages the relationship to execute and manage local roundtable events · Participates in most Executive Partner or Executive Advisors value planning/on-boarding and quarterly review calls. Also, participates in most client inquiry calls with analyst. · Collaborates with Research to further develop knowledge in particular technology areas or verticals. · Works with EXP Research to gather case study participants for EXP reports. · Assist Sales, Executive Partners with renewal and upgrade opportunities. · Supports timely on-boarding of new clients and renewal on-boarding of existing clients · Delivers on-site member support at annual Symposium events or other ExP events as requested Job Requirements · Bachelors degree required, major in Business or IT Discipline preferred. · Five or more years experience in the information technology industry, preferred experience as a business/technology advisor · Detailed knowledge of major technology areas. · Strong interpersonal, facilitation, listening and relationship building skills. · Thorough understanding of market research, data collection and analysis. · Excellent verbal and strong communication skills. · Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests concurrently. · Ability to problem solve and bring timely resolution to issues. · Language requirements as determined by territory needs (Korean).
