1. Personal Assistant cum Assistant Manager

This position reports to the General Manager and will be based in the company’s Singapore office located near Raffles Place.

o Reponsibilities:

- Keep abreast of competition, market trends, competitive issues and product lines.
- Attending and participating in sales meetings, product seminars and regional trade shows with the General Manager.
- Conducting market research and collecting customer feedback
- Work closely with the General Manager in increasing business opportunities through various routes within Korea, Japan and other regions.
- Assist the General Manager with relevant documentation

o Requirements:

- Diploma in any discipline
- At least some years working experience (preferably within the trading/manufacturing industry)
- Good presentation and people skills with ability to interact well with people from different levels.
- Ability to travel with short notice
- Self-driven, motivated & customer oriented person.
- Comfortable and able to work in a small team.
- Pleasant personality, positive disposition, confident individual and able to manage and negotiate within all levels.
- Preferably those who can commence work at a short notice.
- Excellent interpersonal, writing and presentation skills are essential

2. Sales Manager- Chocolate & Bakery

o Responsibilities: 

- Keep abreast of competition, market trends, competitive issues and product lines.
- Attending and participating in sales meetings, product seminars and regional trade shows.
- Work towards achieving set sales targets
- Aggressively drive partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices, training and support.
- Increasing business opportunities through distributor networks in Singapore & other regions.

o Requirements:

- Relevant experience in channel & distributor sales within the F&B or FMCG industry.
- Experience within Bakery production will be a great advantage
- Sales oriented person with a strong business acumen
- Ability to manage and negotiate at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal, writing and presentation skills are essential
