Business Development Executive (based in Singapore) NHR Singapore branch is seeking a Business Development Executive for the Korea market who can help support the company’s commitment to building lasting customer relationships and providing extraordinary service. The Business Development Representative is primarily responsible to develop new business and nurturing leads of prospects and customers. Working within a sales team, you will help the sales team by qualifying and developing leads with mid-market sized to enterprise organizations. The Business Development Representative will also assist the sales team with appointment setting, quotations, proposals and by keeping the CRM system up to date. Solid performance in the role will open up opportunities to move up the sales ladder (Junior Sales/Senior Sales). The role is primarily Telesales based. Responsibilities include: • Passion for Hunting and building New Business • Strong relationship building skills across various vertical sectors • Obtain leads for appointment setting, including soliciting leads via the internet. • Hold high level conversations with senior managers and C-level contacts. • Drive the prospects with guidance from Senior Sales to move them along the sales funnel to clients • Preparing quotation, proposals and handling negotiation with end-clients • Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. • Update CRM daily with accurate and timely information about new opportunities and existing customers Core Skills: • Proficiency in English • Written and verbal communication skills in Korean is a plus • 1-3 years Sales experience ie; Telemarketing, Telesales, Field Sales, Direct Sales • Have a strong desire to exceed expectations and kick start a IT Sales career • Strong negotiation and presentation skills • Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn with a drive to achieve • Ability to think, plan and act strategically • Degree qualification Additional Skills Preferred • Existing business and professional relationships in the Asia Pacific a plus • Experience in planning and managing large, multi-business unit enterprise accounts • Seasoned negotiator and strong closer Benefits and Culture: • Full on-board training and on-going training/mentorship from sales team and management • A hard-working culture along with being fun and relaxed at the same time. • Healthy commission structure and team incentives How to Apply Ideal candidate will be Singaporean or a permanent residence.
