JD (Job Description): Client Services Executive Role and Responsibility: • Managing Projects from brief to completion • Recommend and advise the creative and technical aspect of the projects • Managing project traffic flow, budgeting and timeline • Maintain client update and report • Communicate client needs to the production team • Demonstrate a team player attitude by being flexible and responsible, self-motivated, resourceful, manage time efficiently and show enthusiasm for the agency, clients and the business and participate in training opportunities • Assist in the research, coordination and execution of new business pitches and prospecting Requirement: • Work autonomously, displaying good decision-making skills • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills (Korean and English, Chinese a plus) with the ability to effectively communicate with internal team members across multiple levels. • Have 1-2 years project management experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency setting • Be active and passionate about K Pop: it’s not just something you know, but an integral part of your daily life • Have excellent organization and time management skills |
