My client is a pioneer and leader of online Cash Back Shopping. As one of the Top 20 Ecommerce business in the United States, they are starting to enjoy fast growth in Asia. With a new APAC management team, we are looking to fill the position of an Ecommerce Manager focusing on the South Korean market. 

 

Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for:

- Leading the development processes for Retail Ecommerce systems and activities in South Korea.

- Assisting the APAC Management with the daily operations of the business.

- Working with the other Ecommerce stakeholders in evaluating the business needs, and documenting project scope and requirements.

- Working with IT and Ecommerce development teams ensuring Retail Ecommerce projects are completed per business requirements in a timely manner.

- The Senior Program Specialist will cultivate business relationships within the business multiple functional areas, to gain alignment on Retail Ecommerce projects and initiatives.

 

To be successful, the incumbent should possess the following qualities:

- 5+ years of experience in the Ecommerce industry. 

- Must be fluent in both English and Korean due to the geographical responsibilities and market requirements. 

- Demonstrated experience in creating business cases, scope and requirements.

- Experience in conducting research and presenting ideas and findings to various stakeholders.

- Experience working with multiple vendors, 3rd party systems, processes and projects. 

- Experience working with Ecommerce platforms. 

- Business case analysis, planning, project management, and - presentation skills.  

- Superior communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. 

- Bachelor’s degree in business or similar.
