To strengthen our Hotel Contracting team of our office in Singapore
we are currently looking for a

Inside Sales Manager (South Korea)

Responsibilities:
• Acting as first level support for hotel partners in APAC: registration of hotels in the system, support during the hotel registration process, support in case of questions or problems
• Telephone training & consulting on HRS applications and systems
• Handling management changes, hotel rates and data capture
• Working with hotel content pages - photos, descriptions, maps
• Operational Support of the Hotel Sales Team in the region
• Support of sales and marketing activities with the Hotel Sales Manager and the respective hotel partners


Candidate profile:
• Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry, preferably in the field of e-commerce,
• Knowledge of e-commerce basics in hospitality industry
• Telephone etiquette
• Accuracy, attention to detail, friendly manner of speech
• Advanced PC user
• Fluency in English and a second regional language an advantage
