| 내용 | 안녕하세요, 미스테리쇼핑을 전문으로 하는 네덜란드계 마켓리서치 회사 AQ services에서 한국인 직원을 채용 중에 있습니다. 싱가포르 오피스에서 Contract basis로 3-6개월간 근무를 하시게 되며, 향후 회사 한국프로젝트의 규모에 따라 추후 정직원으로 전환될 수도 있습니다. 다만 현재 구인 포지션이 temp staff 이기에 비자 신청이 불가하니, PR(Permanent Resident) 또는 DP(Dependent Pass) 홀더 분들만 지원해 주시기 바랍니다. Job position : Project Executive Location : Singapore Job tasks and responsibilities : Fieldwork Management • Recruit and schedule mystery shoppers for designated assignments; (recruiting, scheduling and assigning) • Deliver engaging, well organized instructions to mystery shoppers in both formal and informal trainings; (shopper briefing) • Quality inspection of the mystery shopping report in accordance with the company quality assurance standards; (reviewing) • Follow up with shoppers on report-related queries; (shopper follow-up) • Handle shopper queries for any fieldwork or payment related matters; (finance) • Ensure all project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately. (documentation) Required Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English, • Strong organizational skills, • A great affinity with service, • A strong team player • The ability to work in a flexible environment • The ability to work independently • Result oriented, proactive and innovative with an ability to be able to improvise in all situations • The ability to prepare and analyze data, figures and transcriptions prepared on and generated by computer • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn multiple computer systems. • Basic computer skills such as MS Office Interested candidates are encouraged to email your detailed resume, current and expected salary, contact telephone number.
