Compliance Executive (Contract) Responsibilities: The role of a Compliance Executive in Giosis is very unique. Our Compliance Executives deal with legal issues, risk management, investigates problems to discover solutions, and also conduct routine monitoring to ensure the quality within our platform. Giosis is looking for passionate individuals who can master our unique system quickly and propose creative ideas to improve the system. -Research Singapore legislations related e-commerce business -Provide business regulatory and legal counsel -Government relations -Inspect company’s products and users, ensuring quality according to not only industry and government standards but also customer expectations -Handle buyer disputes and legal claims from IPR owners and government agencies regarding IPR, counterfeit, and ordinance violations -Transaction monitoring(credit card misuse, fraud investigation, fictitious transactions, chargeback disputes) -"Think outside the box”, attempting to stimulate unanticipated user behaviour, and determine and locate any weaknesses or faults in the system 자격요건: -Ability to speak, write and read in Korean language will be added advantage. -Strong observation skills and capable problem solving skills -Fresh graduates with the right ‘aptitude’ being are welcome to apply -2 Full time/Contract positions available.
