Inside Sales Executive (Korean) [The Role] Working in a dynamic and passionate team, our Inside Sales Executives will be working to establish a strong Airbnb presence throughout Asia. Target focused, you will be rapidly expanding our database of exciting listings, whilst spreading the hype about one of the most exciting new concepts in the market. As well as ensuring a regular stream of new listings you will also focus on increasing our diversity and breadth of properties. We’re looking for exceptional sales talent to help us grow our inventory of quality listings in Korea. Predominantly telesales based, there will also be opportunities to explore and test alternate sales methods and ideas. You will be results driven, target focussed and will swiftly become an expert in the ins-and-outs of Airbnb. [Responsibilities] Become an expert of your geographical area, where are the trendy areas, best postcodes, tourist hubs etc. Become an expert of your geographical area, where are the trendy areas, best postcodes, tourist hubs etc. Convert new and existing leads to active listings, ensuring they are complete with photos, full descriptions and an updated calendar Identify potential hosts that offer rare, unusual, & exciting properties Get potential hosts excited about Airbnb and encourage them to share the hype Follow-up with new contacts and convert Work to deadlines and targets [Requirements] Previous experience in sales with a minimum of 1 year telephone-based experience Highly organised with exceptional follow-through abilities Strong verbal and written communications Fluent in English AND Korean Friendly yet concise telephone manner IT competent, previous experience with CRM-tools is a plus Bachelor degree or equivalent is a plus Passionate about the Airbnb concept and loves the brand Cold calling and canvassing experience is a plus Used to KPI focus, highly KPI driven Affable personality that blends well with an innovative and vibrant start-up environment Highly motivated and great attitude to life!
