Customer Service Representatives Inbound Calls (Airline Industry) Across Singapore - Chai Chee (Bedok) Responsibilities: • To handle enquiries, feedback and provide resolutions to customers over the phone. • Provide accurate and efficient processing of reservations support work related to pricing, ticketing and schedule changes. • Meet daily KPI requirements. Requirements: • Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma with exposure to strong customer-oriented environment / call center experience is an advantage. • GCE O level unless good credits in English and Mathematics and with Call Centre or Airline Experience. • Able to work rotating shifts - from 700am to 1000pm (8 to 9 hours per shift) and there will be a shift allowance. • Ability to speak Fluent English • Proficiency in Mandarin/German/French/Japanese will be an added advantage, to liaise with multi-lingual associates. • Results-oriented and effective team player with an eye for details and business processes in a dynamic environment. • Possess strong analytical skills to identify cause of problems & recommend solutions.
