내용  Central - Kaki Bukit
Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Technical Problems
• Use your initiative and technical knowledge to diagnose any technical support/IT problems on the desktops, laptops and phone system and provide effective resolutions or information to the user
• Pro-actively provide information and regular communication to users on the progress of outstanding support calls and provide an indication of time-scale for resolution
• When a complex issue is identified that you cannot resolve due to its wider implications, you will escalate the problem quickly to the other Production team members, or interface between the users, production, development and consumer teams to develop business-critical systems and improve any problems
• Provide hardware and software support, including the installation of new software and updates when required, across all supported sites
• Provide expertise to all users and answer any queries or requests for support or training on systems and software packages
Asset Management & Set up of New Starters
• Ordering of new PC’s for starters including setup, installation and configuration of the software/hardware base on individual user needs
• Co-ordinate and physically set up computer and phone facilities for new starters, liaising with HR and other teams, to ensure that equipment is ready to use from the starters first day and that they have the correct software required for their role
• Carry out user account maintenance for the starters, leavers and role changers
Helpdesk Reporting & System Improvement
• Provide Team Leader and the Production team with regular updates on common problems encountered and identify possible longer-term solutions/improvements to reduce future problems
• Ensure that all users are kept informed of relevant changes or developments on a timely basis and that all relevant training is provided.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Windows 2000.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kaki Bukit.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Proficient in English and good conversational skills
• Korean Language speaking candidates so as to be able to liaise with Korean speaking clients and associates
• Must be willing to perform shift duties(5 days night shift duties a month)
• Willing to work at Kaki Bukit Area
• Fresh graduates may apply for this position
