Senior HR Advisor Support all the selected countries across Asia Pacific by serving as employees’ first point-of-contact for questions about HR policies and processes. Responsible for answering employees’ queries on a timely and professional manner, routing them to the appropriate individual as necessary while tracking all customer contact in the internal corporate database in accordance to global process & policy. This role (based in Singapore) will be a member of the Asia Pacific HR Shared Services team, reporting to the HR Services Manager, Asia Pacific. Responsibilities: • Act as front-end generalist, ensure the customer inquiries are responded in a timely manner through emails, fax and phone within the agreed regional Service Level Agreements (SLAs) • Provide HR advisory services to employees on all HR related processes/issues and partner where appropriate with HR Subject Matter Experts • Ensure that all investigations are handled appropriately. Ensure that all issues are escalated to the appropriate authorities and seek closure in a timely manner • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by fairly resolving escalated issues and take appropriate corrective action. Build and maintain customer relationships specific to regions to achieve service excellence • Ensure advice provided to customers complies to company policies and procedures and statutory laws and regulations • Assist in preparing statistical reports for monitoring of type of calls or functions etc. • Involve and participate in Global HR projects or key business initiatives as required Requirements: • Proficient in English and Korean language verbal and written • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field • At least 3 years relevant experience in Human Resources or equivalent • Work experience in an HR Shared Services environment • Team player, energetic, service-oriented and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment • Able to multi task, work well under pressure and deliver within tight timeline • Identify, analyze and solve issues in straightforward situations • Make decisions within guidelines and policies that impact own work • Possess outstanding communication and customer service skills • System utilization: Microsoft Office, internet/intranet, case management, office business systems experience • Experience in a call center environment is preferred • Working knowledge of HR SAP is preferred Interested applicants kindly forward your updated resume with a recent photograph to HRDrecruit.apac@nike.com, stating the following details: • Position applying for • Current and expected salary • Reason for leaving • Availability and notice period |
