내용 Job Title: CIQ Specialist
Job Level: Entry

Description: The role of the CIQ Specialist is to ensure data within CRM and ECC are of the highest standard in terms of quality and completeness. Standards of data hygiene will be based on data governance rules depicted by both the CMD as well as global CIDQ organization (particularly with regards to ECC accounts).
This would be in the form of ensuring all new accounts created i) do not already exist, ii) are complete in terms of mandatory fields; iii) adhere to governance standards and format e.g standard in country postal code formats or legal names for accounts. The CIQ will also serve as a ‘gateway’ for new prospects and contacts created by CRM users, in that such prospects or contacts meet the desired standard prescribed. Routine clean-up for historical data will also fall within the responsibility of the CIQ team.
The CIQ specialists will therefore not only require a sound understanding of the data governance model, but also that of the Territory and Account Hierarchy. Working closely with regional territory administrators. A close working relationship between the CMD team is also required to ensure operational compliance.

Qualifications: Diploma holder and above
Prior experience in working with Enterprise systems, with experience in SAP CRM an added plus.
Minimum of 2-3 years working experience.
