내용 | SKEI (SK Energy International Pte Ltd, SK에너지 싱가포르 법인) 에서 아래와 같이 Back Office 인력을 채용할 예정이오니, 관심 있는 분들은 Job Description을 참조하시어 아래의 주소로 이력서(Reseme)를 송부하여 지원 하시기 바랍니다. ㅁ 채용 인원 : 1~2명 ㅁ Job 직군 : 정규직 (3개월 Probation 기간 후 정규직 전환) ㅁ 처우 : 서류 심사 통과자 대상 면접 후 결정 ㅁ 기간 : 12. 5. 31 까지 ㅁ Contact : carol.yap@sk.com [Job Description] ■ Executive, Back Office (Physical/Derivatives) ㅁ Department : Corporate Service Team - Back Office ㅁ Normally Reports To : Back Office/Trading/Operation Manager ㅁ Minimum Qualification : Diploma ㅁ Year of Experience : Min 1 year of experience ㅁ Location : Singapore ■ Job Profile ㅁ Responsible for invoicing and vouchering of trading deals, & other costs including brokerage; Vouching for commission and debit/credit notes ㅁ Ensure all responsible deals are captured accurately in the SAP system within timeline ㅁ Process payment/receipt of amount accurately and timely with the Finance department ㅁ Update and maintain proper filing of deal slip, deal recap, paper confirmation, & contracts ㅁ Monitor new deals & deal reconciliation between deal records in SAP system and deal recap ㅁ Paper MtM(Mark to Market) monitoring/reports to Middle Office & margin call management ㅁ ISDA negotiation & deal confirmation receipt/review ㅁ Handle L/C negotiation of physical cargos ㅁ Collect/report transaction records & miscellaneous works as required from time to time ㅁ Timely communication with Front Office’s traders and Finance department ■ Candidate Profile ㅁ Good team player with an ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team ㅁ Strong customer focus and experience in dealing with customers ㅁ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ㅁ Highly organized, meticulous and able to multi-task ㅁ Knowledge in Shipping and Import/Export Documentation and SAP will be an advantage ㅁ Proficient in MS Office ㅁ Passion for work & hard-working mind End. |
