Position: Sales Admin & Process Innovation Team Leader

Reporting to CFO. Oversee & manage the Sales Admin operation. Update relevant department on new processes and guidelines

Responsibilities:
1. Overall Manage Sales Program (Rebate, Price Protection, Co-op, etc)
- Monthly Moving Plan Guideline
- Monthly Sales Program Validation
- Manage Major KPI (Coverage, Retroact, Moving Plan accuracy)
- Verify Sales Deduction issue Model
- Credit Note verification

2. Price Management
- Profit simulation matrix and simulation tool management
- Price verification / approval

3. Reports
- Monthly Sales Admin. Report (Sales Program, Sales & Standard Pricing)
- Ad-Hoc: Sales & Sales Program Issues, etc.

4. Support Sales Team
- Update Daily/Monthly Sales (Salesmen Commission)
- Train and implement new process and guideline
- Sales performance by account

5. Process Innovation
- Set up new process / template and implement

6. Participate in Training / Workshop
- Yearly Regional Core Process Workshop
- Ad-Hoc: New Process / System Training

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree with specialization on finance.(preferred but not mandatory)
5 – 8 years of experience in Sales or Finance.
Analytical Skills
Korean language skill and Singapore PR holder preferred
Ability to work independently and effectively in global and virtual teams
Strong project management and planning skills
Highly proficient in verbal and written English communication
Strong coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
A fast learner and a team player, who is able to work under pressure
