| 내용 | We are looking for Vacation Consultant - Korean Speaking -Call Center Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell travel-related products and services (e.g. current promotions and travel services) to RCI members Assist our members in planning their holiday destination through telephone calls and responsible for meeting assigned monthly sales targets Act in a responsive manner to provide alternative choices and meeting members’ vacation needs Process member holiday transactions and accounts activity using the exchange system Key Requirements: Along with a diploma/degree and at least 2 - 3 years’ sales experience preferably from the travel-related industry or a call centre environment Excellent sales skills and demonstrated track record in meeting weekly/monthly targets Team player with effective customer service skills and ability to thrive under pressure Proficient in English and Korean Only Korean who are dependent holders and/or who are converted to Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents need to apply Other Information Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm and alternate Sat 9am to 1pm.
