내용 | Job Description: * Responsible for ensuring that the company’s customers receive an excellent level of service with their questions and concerns * Handling customer inquiries through telephone, web and e-mail correspondences in a timely, efficient, and professional manner * Dealing with regional business partners. * Inputting of information into database * Other administrative functions such as filing and data cleansing work. Pre-requisites: * Diploma in any general discipline. * Preferably with Call Center experience or Customer Service * Must be effectively bilingual in English and Korean. * Knowledge of MS Office preferred * Ability to accurately and efficiently process information and task * Meticulous, independent and efficient in executing and overseeing assigned projects * Pleasant, outgoing and cheerful disposition * Strong team player with a customer oriented attitude * Applicants who are able to start immediately or within a short notice have an added advantage. **** Non Singapore PR Holders can apply **** Working Hour : Monday to Friday (8-5 or 9-6) Location : East Salary : S$2,600/month If interested, please send your CV in MS word format to Linda_lee@kellyservices.com.sg |
