내용 Recruitment Sourcing Specialist Singapore Based Gartner delivers the technology-related insight necessary for our clients to make the right decisions, every day. Requirements: •        2-3 years experience in a relevant research role •        Strong knowledge of internet sourcing and staffing tools •        Ability to mine data using the internet •        Strong computer expertise •        Knowledge of IT Industry would be helpful •        Ability to sell the Gartner value proposition to passive candidates •        Strong verbal and negotiation skills •        Good telephone manner •        Project Management Skills •        Analytical and methodical in approach •        Good planning and prioritization skills Responsibilities: •        Work with the recruiters/HR and hiring managers to understand the precise requirements of the roles being recruited •        Source potential candidates through direct channels, web searches and develop a pipeline of appropriate talent •        Prequalify potential candidates to determine the candidates level of interest and other necessary information (ie Salary) to pass onto a recruiter •        Develop relationships between hiring managers and candidates; interest candidates in the Gartner value proposition. •        Build and maintain a database of viable candidates to fill strategic positions Success Criteria: •        Partner with recruiters/hiring managers to understand all the requirements of each profile •        Source candidates to fill open as well as pipeline positions •        Make decisions on which candidates fill the hiring criteria and place them into the recruitment pipeline •        Follow through contacts made via networks •        Master the use of internet as a means to source active and passive candidates •        Use other web based tools such and linked-in so source candidates •        Build sourcing strategy and candidate pipeline by discovering new online resources, crucial events and developing relationships with other bodies who can facilitate that knowledge •        Utilize all available recruitment channels to develop a candidate pool   •        To provide functional support to address client or customer needs 이력서는 jaeho.jang@gartner.com으로 연락 부탁드립니다. 감사합니다.
