Handle inbound enquiries, feedback and provide resolutions to customers over the phone or via emails relating to renowned product. 2. Provide accurate and efficient support work relating to the renowned product. Job Requirements 1. Diploma Level with strong exposure to customer-oriented environment, preferably with call centre experience. 2. Korean Customer Service Executive need to speak conversational English and must be a Native Korean to handle Korean market. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Good PC and Internet skills. 5. Able to work Morning / Night working shift. 6.
