내용 | [ Service Desk specialist ] - Preferably relevant IT call centre experience and customer handling expertise. - Handling incoming work orders, SR ticket, emails, and phone calls for a customer(Internal Customer). - Installing and troubleshooting a variety of software packages in a Windows environment utilizing remote access software. - Setting up and troubleshooting various outlook,printers, scanners, and other peripherals - Deliver written weekly reports to supervisor - Working with Helpdesk Ticketing systems, Excel spreadsheets, and various databases (data input/updates only, no programming.) - Provide training regarding IT support structure for customers - Handle users/ customers complaints - Maintaining systems to meet or exceed client security requirements - Escalate problems to higher level of support * Working hours: 7:00am to 19:00pm (8 hours shift within 7:00am to 16:00pm/8:30am to 17:30pm,10:00am to 19:00pm(Mon to Fri)) * Flexibility to perform shift-work including working on Public Holidays. - Preferably Diploma/Certificate in Information Technology field or equivalent - Minimum 1 years customer service skills.
