Our company values education, training, diversity and sharing ideas.  We are passionate about our work and want to share that passion with you.  We have an immediate need for: Technical Support & Field Service Engineer We believe that hiring top engineers from the best universities is the key to our future.  If you have demonstrated your academic success by completing a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree or PhD in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, we want to talk to you. Your initial assignment will be in one of our Departmental Orientation Programs. You will receive training on our products and services as well as gain hands-on experience by participating in product installations at customer sites, assisting in troubleshooting complex technical problems and helping provide customer support. Over the next 1-2 years, you will continue to enhance your understanding of our technology and customers until you become largely autonomous and have developed a solid understanding of OSIsoft’s business.  Achieving this milestone is a step towards a broader career at OSIsoft. RESPONSIBILITIES -        Provide Technical support to customers via telephone calls and emails channels as well as monitor the NOC (Network Operation Center) during hours assigned. -        Provide documentation of technical support issues and work with mentors in US head office to ensure timely resolution of customers’ issues. -        Travel to customers’ sites for software installation & configuration, data migration, trouble-shooting and/or provide product training. REQUIREMENTS -        Fresh graduates are most welcome -        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical (Electrical, Mechanical Computer Science is also acceptable) -        Willing to travel 20% of time in Korea -        Must be self-motivated with good problem-solving skills -        Fluent English and Korean required, other language skills is an advantage -        Microsoft Certification an advantage An attractive remuneration package, commensurate with qualification and experience, will be offered to the right candidate. Note: The successful candidate will be required to be trained at Singapore office  for 6 to 9 months.
