Please find below details: SERVICE DESK ENGINEERS (SHIFTING) * For 12 months contract * Can start immediately Requirements: * Minimum 3-4 years in Service Desk/ Technical support/ IT Helpdesk role. * Experience in Financial Industry is an advantage. * Candidate should know how to speak the following: English, Korean other languages * Must have experience in ticket logging system preferably Remedy * Should know how to provide 1st and 2nd Level Technical support. * Should be willing to work on Shifting Hours, Public Holidays and Weekend shift.
