내용 | Our client is a well established US MNC and they are on a lookout for a highly dynamic individual to join them as customer service executive. Job Description ============= - To answer and diagnose incoming service calls from large multi-national customers in a timely, professional & courteous manner - To assess and communicate customer requirements to ensure customer satisfaction - To perform initial diagnostics and take action to correct problems - To provide technical support and assistance as required - To create, track, and escalate service inquiry tickets through resolution for customers in a timely manner Requirements ========== - Fluent in English & Korean - Able to work in a 24x7 work environment, including weekends and holidays - Possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills - PC literate - Diploma/Degree holders - Previous experience working in a customer service position is highly desirable Remuneration ========== - Basic $2.7K - $3K + Shift Allowance ($500) - no Night Shift - 14 days Annual Leave + 14 days Medical Leave - Insurance Coverage - Performance Bonus Working Hour : Monthly Rotation (8AM to 5PM / 9AM to 6PM / 11AM to 8PM - 5 days per week including Sat, Sun & PH) Location : Central If you are interested, please call me, Linda @62212340 or email resume to linda_lee@kellyservices.com.sg for more details. |
