Handle inbound enquiries, feedback and provide resolutions to customers over the phone or via emails relating to renowned product. 2. Provide accurate and efficient support work relating to the pricing as well as the renowned product knowledge. Requirements 1. Diploma Level with strong exposure to customer-oriented environment, preferably with call centre experience. 2. Conversational English and Native Korean language. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Good PC and Internet skills.
