내용 | KOREAN SPEAKING (CUSTOMER SERVICE) Our client, a US MNC organization located in the Town area, is seeking the right candidate to join their team as a KOREAN SPEAKING -Customer Service Logistics Coordinator (Contract). Job Duties: Manage and process customer orders, accounts receivable as well as adjustments and deductions for assigned accounts. Collaborate with internal and external customers, providing information, resolving issues, supporting logistics initiatives and building strong working and service relationships. Achieve performance goals for assigned accounts and team processes. Lead process improvement for a team system and assigned Total Order Management processes. Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree holders Working experience is preferred. Proficiency in both English and Korean Languages is a must. (Both written and oral) Intermediate PC Skills (Word and Excel) Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Able to withstand the pressure of date lines and time crunches. Possess strong collaboration skills and enjoys working in an environment overflowing with multicultural diversity. Fresh graduates with keen interest are both welcome to apply.
