Korean Speaking Customer Service Coordinator My client, one of the world’s leading Nutrion, Health and Wellness Company, is now looking for Korean speaking Customer Service Coordinator in Singapore for their business expansion. Acting as an ambassador of the brand in our Relationship Centre, the incumbent will be the main contact point with the customer by telephone or mail. He/she will be responsible for taking orders, understanding and satisfying customer needs, listening, informing and proposing solutions to customer problems. Working hours: 700am to 700pm – (8 hours shift within 700am to 700pm/700am to 400pm, 1000am to 700pm(Mon to Fri) )   (1 year contract under client headcount- convertible to permanent) Requirements Working experience in telephone sales dealing with premium lifestyle products Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with customers from diverse cultures Strong problem identification and solving skills Meticulous, patient and customer oriented Able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment Proficient in MS Office applications Strong interest and knowledge in coffee, passion to learn Fluent in English and Korean Preferably work in Singapore before, similar customer service/liaison with Korea experience is highly desired 2.
