내용 | Our client is a well established MNC and they are on a lookout for a highly dynamic individual to join them as customer service executive. Job Description ================= 1. Serve as frontline support for all of Partner Management ( PM) 2. Process completed membership applications and support Partners in the application process 3. Support the Program requirement for annual reviews of Partner information. 4. Support Partners in their participation in Our Clients ● Partner and Solutions Directories ● Partner Product Catalog ● Value Added Programs ● Scheduling of Partner lab usage 5. Handle General Inquiries about the Program and Program offerings 6. Data cleansing of bounce-back emails 7. Assist Our Clients employees and partners on Our Clients and PM specific programs, services, events and offerings 8. Scope and execute outbound campaigns for partner recruitment, data cleansing, event participation and Partner Loyalty initiatives 9. Support the Our Clients Learning Platform offerings to Partners 10. Provide consistent and prompt feed back to PM on partner problems and issues.
