| 내용 | A global leader in delivering and managing large, complex customer management solutions is looking for customer service oriented consultant to join them immediately! Responsibilities: · Handling customer inquiries through telephone, fax, e-mail correspondences in a timely, efficient, and professional manner · Mileage redemption and bookings of air tickets for customers world wide · To succeed in this position, representatives will be able to demonstrate and practice · A customer-focused attitude and willingness to serve customer · Excellent verbal and vocal skill · Exceptional listening, questioning, and call control technique · Ability to accurately and efficiently process information and task · An understanding of customer needs, company products and services, and general knowledge · Aptitude to handle challenging telephone call situations · Computer and telephone system application skills Requirements: · Minimum Diploma · Experience in travel/airline industry preferred · Knowledge of MS Office · Non technical with more focus on customer care related functions · Good track record in Customer Service is preferred · 5 days week (Mon - Sat) - NO SHIFT · Working hrs: Btw 8am to 8pm (8.5hrs daily) · Location: Tampines Central Salary : S$2.8K If you are keen, please calll me, Linda @62212340 or email your resume to Linda_lee@kellyservices.com.sg. | ||
