MOM (Ministry of Manpower) 규정에 따르면
Q : Overtime work :
A : Within 14 days after the end of the salary period.
Q : Dismissal/Termination by Employer
if The employee is dismissed on grounds of misconduct; or The contract of service is terminated by the employer.
A: On the last day of employment. If this is not possible, it must be paid within 3 working days from the date of dismissal/termination.
Q : Termination by Employee, if The employee terminates the contract by resigning and has served the required notice period.
A : On the last day of employment.
Q : Termination by Employee, if The employee terminates the contract by leaving employment without notice or without serving the required notice period.
A : Within 7 days of the last day of employment.
대략적인 상황에 대한 정산 방법 입니다.
당일 지급 해야 하는 경우도 있고, 7일 이내에는 지급을 완료 하여야 합니다.
