- Non-air-conditioned workplaces, shops and shopping centres
- Underground and multi0storey carparks
- Lift and hotel lobbies
- Playgrounds and exercise areas
- Anywhere within 5m of a buildings entrances and exits

- Bus Interchanges
- Coffee shops and non-airconditioned food outlets
- Entertainment outlets (*특별한 흡연 구역을 만들어 놓았을 경우는 제외)
