유치원/어린이 보호 센터: Kindergarten Registered with MOE/Childcare Centre Licensed by MCYS

Dependant’s Pass/Immigration Exemption Order holder를 제외한 아래의 학교 또는 시설을 이용하는 경우에는 싱가폴 이민국에서 발급한 학생 비자를 받아야 합니다.

1. Kindergarten registered with the Ministry of Education (MOE)
2. Childcare centre licensed by the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports (MCYS)

신규 신청

신규 비자 신청은 학과 시작전 최소 2개월에서 6개월전에 신청이 들어가야 하며 신청자는 싱가폴내에 체류하지 않고도 학생비자를 접수할수 있으며 학생 비자가 승인이 난 후 싱가폴에 입국하여 다음 절차들을 진행하는 것이 빠른 비자 발급에 도움이 됩니다.

접수

2008년 6월 23일부터는 Student’s Pass OnLine Application & Registration+ (SOLAR+) system을 이용하여 학생 비자 신청을 진행할수 있으며 해당 학교가 아직 이민국에 등록이 되지 않았을 경우에는 학교측에서 SOLAR+ registration form을 다운받아 작성후  이민국으로 (Attention: Student’s Pass II Unit)로 발송을 하면 됩니다.

만약 신청자가 (SOLAR+)을 이용하지 않는 경우 아래의 기본/추가 제출 서류를 두가지 방법으로 접수하면 됩니다.

추가로 제출할 서류

- 비자가 필요한 국가에서 온 신청자는 아래의 서류를 추가로 제출해야 합니다.

1. Documentary proof of financial ability in the form of bank statements
2. Fixed deposit accounts/ saving accounts (photocopy)

- 부모 (양부모) 중 싱가폴 시민권자 또는 영주권자가 있는 경우

1. Parent’s/step parent’s Official Marriage Certificate/Divorce Certificate and applicant’s custody paper (where applicable) (photocopy)
2. Parent’s/step parent’s highest educational certificate (photocopy)
3. Parent’s/step parent’s Letter of Employment (letter should state date of commencement of employment, designation, and salary per month) or copy of Business Registration Certificate (Instant Computer Printout) if applicant’s parent/step parent is selfemployed. These documents should not be issued more than one month ago
4. Parent’s/step parent’s monthly CPF contributions for the past 12 months
5. Parent’s/step parent’s Income Tax Assessment Notices for the past three years (photocopy)

심사가 통과한 후 학생 비자를 찾을때는 모든 원본 서류를 가지고 이민국으로 가서 확인 과정을 거치게 되니 원본 서류를 잘 보관하여야 합니다.

소요 기간

통상 비자 처리 기간은 4주가 소요되며 (awarded the SQC(PEO)의 경우 2주 소요), 서류 심사 과정에 따라 시간이 더 소요될수도 있습니다.

학생 비자의 연장

같은 학교/코스에서 학생 비자 연장을 하려고 하는 경우에는 학생 비자 만료 최소 2주전에는 연장 신청을 해야 합니다.

소요 기간

학생 비자 연장에는 통상적으로 3일이 소요됩니다. (접수, 수령일 제외)

학교를 옮길 경우

다른 유치원 및 어린이 보호 센터에서 새로운 학생 비자를 신청하는 경우에는 과정이 시작되기전 최소 4주전에는 신청을 하여야 합니다.

접수

아래에 해당하는 경우 추가적으로 서류 제출을 해야 합니다.

- 싱가폴 입국 비자가 필요한 국가에서 온 경우

소요 기간

학교 또는 코스를 바꾸는 경우에는 통상적으로 4주간의 심사 기간이 소요됩니다.

로컬 스폰서

학생 비자 발급을 위해서는 21세 이상의 싱가폴 시민권자/영주권자의 스폰서가 필요하며 회사는 스폰서 대행을 해줄수 없습니다.

발급 비용

비자 발급에는 S$40 (1년 기준)을 내야 하며 비자가 필요한 국가에서 온 신청자는 추가로 S$30을 지불해야 합니다. multipleentry visa를 신청한 경우에는 추가로 S$30을 더 지불해야 하니 참고하시기 바랍니다.

지불은 NETS, CashCard, EZ link cards만 가능합니다.

학생 비자의 취소

학생 비자를 취소하려고 할 경우에는 학과 과정 최소 7일전에는 취소 신청을 하여야 합니다. 학생/스폰서/학교측에서는 아래에 서류를 Self Service Kiosk at Visitor Services Centre, 4th Storey of ICA Building으로 접수를 하면 되며 운영 시간은 to Fri (8am to 4.30pm), Sat (8am to 12.30pm)입니다.

필요 서류

1. A letter from the student/local sponsor indicating the intention to cancel the Students Pass
2. The foreign student’s travel document and a copy of the travel document page showing the student’s full particulars (document must have at least six months’ validity)
3. The Student’s Pass Card (IMM Form 17A)
4. Visit Pass
5. Disembarkation/Embarkation Card (IMM Form 15A)
6. A duly completed Disembarkation/Embarkation Card (IMM Form 27A)

스폰서를 바꿀 경우

학생 비자를 소지하고 있는 외국 학생중 로컬 스폰서를 바꾸고자 할 때에는 아래의 서류를 준비하여 ICA (Attention: Student’s Pass II Unit)로 접수를 하면 됩니다.

필요 서류

1. Form 16 and Form V39S duly completed and signed by the foreign student and the new local sponsor at the relevant sections
2. A photocopy of the new local sponsors identity card

로컬 스폰서 변경 접수는 카운터에서 접수를 받지 않으므로 Students Pass Unit에 있는
drop-box에 관련 서류를 넣어 접수하면 됩니다. 통상 2주의 처리기간이 소요되며 최종 결과를 메일로 받아 볼수 있습니다.  

주소 변경의 경우

이민국 관련법 Immigration Regulations 19(3)(b)에 의하여 학생 비자 소지자가 주소 변경을 할 경우에는 최소 14일 이내에 해당 내용을 이민국으로 신고해야 합니다. 학생 또는 로컬 스폰서가 주소를 바꾸고자 할 경우에는 아래의 서류를 Information Counter of the Visitor Services Centre, 4th storey로 접수를 하면 되는데 카운터에서는 접수를 받지 않으므로 Students Pass Unit에 비치되어 있는 Drop-box에 관련 서류를 넣으면 됩니다.

보통 처리 기간은 2주가 소요되며 결과를 메일로 통보받게 됩니다.

학생 비자의 분실 및 재발급

학생비자/Visit Pass/Disembarkation / Embarkation card를 분실하게 될 경우에는 7일 이내에 신고 및 재발급 신청을 해야 합니다. 재발급 신청은 이민국에 있는 Students Pass Unit, Self Service Kiosk at Visitor Services Centre, 4th Storey에서 하면 되며 운영 시간은 Mon to Fri (8am to 4.30pm), Sat (8am to 12.30pm)입니다.

필요서류

1. Valid travel document and a photocopy of the personal particulars page
2. A letter from the school stating that the applicant is currently a registered student of the school
3. Form 16 duly completed and signed by the applicant
4. Police report (original)

소요 시간

보통 첫번째 재발급에 대해서는 2주의 시간이 걸리며 두번째 재발급부터는 4주의 처리 기간이 걸리니 비자 관리에 주의를 기울여야 합니다.

기타 정보

* 학생 비자 발급은 풀타임 코스에 한해서 나오게 되면 파트타임 또는 주말을 이용한 과정에는 비자 발급이 불가합니다.

* 학생 및 로컬 스폰서는 이민국에서 추가적인 서류를 요청할 경우 제공해야 합니다.

* 모든 서류는 영문이여야 하며 영문이 아닌 경우에는 공증 과정을 거쳐야 합니다.

* 신청자의 개인 정보는 정당한 사유에 의해 다른 정부 기관에서 공유할수 있습니다.
